F-ATLAS

F-ATLAS is a European project developed within the JPI-CH programme. The project proposes a methodology that combines traditional and innovative techniques to assess the present state of the Italian-Portuguese-Spanish Franciscan mendicant network and to define an “Atlas” of documentation and knowledge for conservation, protection and promotion of Cultural Heritage.

F-ATLAS is a European project developed within the “Joint Programming Initiative in Cultural Heritage” JPI-CH, coordinated by the University of Florence.

F-ATLAS is an international initiative that brings together 8 partners from 3 European countries with different specialisations.

Through a related series of WP, the European partners will study the abandoned Franciscan architectural complexes to define an “Atlas” of documentation and knowledge for conservation, protection and promotion of Cultural Heritage.
